Booking Cancellation and Refund
Al Biraa Clinic reserves full right to refuse/cancel a service requested by you. Upon acceptance of cancellation request, you will be eligible to receive a full refund less 2%, to be deducted as Service Fee.
Cancellations received/done after stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone, e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
Refunds will be allowed and made online/offline only if the service is not rendered by the concerned clinic for any reason after receiving the payment, or the admission of the patient is cancelled for any reason or the amount deposited exceeds the bills for the services rendered by the clinic.
